The Maketick Business Development Partner Program has been formulated to expand our reach into newer domains and clients and at the same time to give you a chance to get benefited from this organization.

Maketick was formed in 2007 as a very small team but has steadily grown in size since then, and now has offices in India and USA both.

What’s in store for you?

Maketick will pay you commission on all business generated through qualified leads* as per the chart below. You will also have the right to access in the customer’s dashboard to make sure complete transparency on work being delivered as well as billing / collections status.

Terms

1. You will have to register any lead with us through the Maketick’s online lead registration system
2.  Both the parties will be responsible for all costs associated with its sales and marketing
3. There might be occasions when a lead referred by you is an existing lead/client of Maketick, in which case it will not be treated as a qualified lead and we shall let you know within 5 business days.
4.  If Maketick is successful in contracting the services within 12 months, you shall be eligible for the commissions.
5. If you are an employee of an organization which is a associate of Maketick and would like to receive the commission in a name other than your organization’s name, please obtain necessary approvals and clearances before making a referral.
6.  ** Commissions are calculated based on monthly billing to all clients referred by you but is payable on the basis of the amounts collected in a given month from all such clients (excludes 3rd party costs billed to the client – like hosting charges, cost of hardware, 3rd party software, PPC expenses, others).  Commissions maybe adjusted quarterly for reasons like non-payment of dues by the clients.
7.  *** All email ids and emails sent and received from the Maketick email id/your web page on the Maketick website are property of Maketick Solutions.  You will be responsible for the content of the email and shall be subject to the terms of use.
