Intel Corporation revealed its plans to collaborate with Lenovo and Motorola Mobility Inc to develop Smartphones that would run on the Intel chips. New Deal on Computer Chips by IBM and GlobalFoundries
IBM and the GlobalFoundries have announced a deal on last Monday. The deal is about the manufacturing of the chips at the GlobalFoundries plant that is being newly constructed in Malta, situated close to Albany. The production of 32 nanometer chips got started at this site in 2012 itself and the second half of this year would witness a full-fledged production.
